Arley puts on a 'Show' in bid to buck market trend

August 2008

Arley Homes is anticipating a healthy turn out when it unveils its stunning new Show Home at Byron Grove in Bamford, on the western fringes of Rochdale, in September, despite media reports that the much-heralded slowdown is set to continue in other areas of the UK.

The independent North West developer is confident that the Show Home will draw the crowds to this exclusive development - which includes just four properties - thanks to its outstanding interior design and the evident abundance of space, which clearly provides more value for money in what is an increasingly tough market.

Potential purchasers are invited to attend the opening weekend on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September, where they will be able to view first-hand the luxury on display at this elegant new Show Home, which is set to showcase all four of the substantial, individually-designed family homes now available.

Designed by Marren Interiors, the Show Home creates an appealing and impressive living space. With a modern pearlescent base accented by more time-honoured greens, clarets and aubergines, the Show Home perfectly blends the contemporary with the traditional. The design scheme has been originated to highlight the substantial living space available in these attractive family homes.

Each of the stunning four-bedroom houses has been designed to include all the lifestyle touches buyers have come to expect from a leading developer. The master bedrooms have luxury ensuite facilities, while all the bathrooms are finished with contemporary sanitaryware complemented by stylish chrome fittings and towel rails. The luxury open-plan fitted kitchens, with granite worktops and upstands, include a wide range of integrated appliances and have the added convenience of adjoining utility rooms.

Sales and marketing director for Arley Homes, Alison Holton comments: “Each of the properties at Byron Grove has been individually and thoughtfully designed for modern family living. Our architects have created areas that offer an abundance of space and light to deliver that bright, airy, modern feel that is so highly valued by today’s home-owners.

“Bamford itself is a real hidden gem – and a highly sought-after residential address in this vicinity. Surrounded by a wide range of amenities, including a post office and a primary school as well as a range of nearby pubs and restaurants, it offers something for the whole family. At the same time, it is close to the M62 and M66, offering an easy commute to Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool. This is a rare opportunity to invest in a brand new family home in an area where new build is increasingly scarce.”

The private, gated development has been named Byron Grove in tribute to England’s most famous Romantic poet, Lord Byron, whose family purchased Rochdale from the Crown in 1638. The town eventually passed out of Lord Byron’s hands in 1823.

From Saturday 13th September the show home at Byron Grove will be open Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 10am to 4pm. Prices start from £445,000 and prospective purchasers should call 01925 651155 for further information.
