Arley Homes latest flagship development, Park View in Northern Moor, attracted a record number of visitors earlier this month when the developer unveiled its new marketing suite and released the first properties for sale.
With stunning views across Wythenshawe Park, the 13 exclusive homes to be built here include a mix of 3- and 4-bedroom detached and 3-bedroom semi-detached properties, designed to appeal to all sectors of the buying public. A broad cross-section of visitors attended the launch, including families, couples, first-time buyers and young professionals keen to secure the pick of the plots.
Sales and marketing director Alison Holton was delighted with the launch: Despite everything you might read in the press, we literally had visitors queuing for copies of our latest brochure and price list. This is a fantastic development, which combines the very best of town and country, overlooking Wythenshawe Park, yet within easy reach of the City Centre.
A significant local landmark, Wythenshawe Park covers approximately 250 acres of prime parkland situated immediately south of Manchester City Centre. In addition to its beautifully maintained buildings, lawns and gardens, it offers comprehensive leisure facilities, including football pitches, tennis courts, bowling greens, a horse riding school, childrens play areas, a community farm and even a horticultural centre.
Just like Park View, there really is something for everyone at nearby Wythenshawe Park, added Alison. Its not only a huge open space, it really is the hub of the local community with a wide range of activities to suit all ages.
As a direct result of Arley Homes new development, Wythenshawe Park Riding Stables has acquired an enthusiastic young volunteer. Sales advisor Helen Whittle took her 13-year old daughter Aimee over to the riding school, which is home to Manchesters Riding for Disabled Association run entirely by dedicated volunteers. Aimee was so taken with the work being done there that she now helps at the stables every Saturday and Sunday, explained Alison. The riding school also arranges escorted rides for adults and children over the age of four, through the beautiful woodlands, bringing a piece of countryside within the City of Manchester.
Situated just two miles from Sale and Didsbury and only minutes from the M56 and M60 motorways, Park View is ideally placed for anyone commuting into Manchester, but also looking for easy access to Cheshire and the North Wales coast.
Prices at Park View start from £179,950 and the sales office is open Thursday to Monday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. For further information, please call Arley Homes on 0161 998 0479.
